Carpobrotus is a very hardy colourful groundcover. Large daisy-like flowers in a bright magenta-pink from October to January and spot flowering thereafter.

Type and Habit:  Prostrate creeping succulent Australian Native.
Average Height:  300mm x up to 2m width
Soil:  Adaptable to most well drained soils
Aspect:  Full sun to part shade
Foliage:  The thick fleshy leaves are triangular in cross section.
Flowers:  Large daisy-like flowers in a bright magenta-pink from October to January and spot flowering thereafter.
Uses: Groundcover low maintenance gardens bank stabiliser binding loose sandy soils spill over plant coastal gardens.
Features:  Very hardy colourful groundcover wind and salt spray tolerant.
