Soil:  Suits most well drained soils. Mulch well and feed annually with a slow release fertiliser.
Aspect:  Full sun to part shade. Tolerant of frosts, drought and coastal conditions
Foliage:  Dark purple, long sword shaped foliage.
Flowers:  Long arching panicles with white, slightly fragrant
flowers appearing high above the foliage in summer followed by blueish/white berries.
Uses: Cordyline ‘Pinot Noir’ is a suitable alternative for planting in narrow spaces between buildings and poolside. Excellent for adding structure to the garden or as a focal point for form and contrast. A fabulous plant for decorative containers on sunny patios and balconies.
