Type and habit: Clump forming perennial with strappy leaves.
Average Height: 400-600mm
Cultivation:  Full sun to part shade. Moist well drained soil or potting mix. Cut as required. Best used fresh. Companion plant to carrots.
Culinary Uses: Mild garlic flavour is good in stir fries and soups, egg dishes and salads.
