Mint Vietnamese 100mm
Mint Vietnamese (Polygonum pulchrum)
Type and habit: Low growing, spreading, perennial herb with pointed, purple marked leaves. Cultivation: Prefers a moist soil with plenty of organic matter and responds well to frequent trimming. Although not a true mint it can spread quite a bit not unlike true mint. Culinary Uses: Vietnamese Mint has a hot, pungent, minty-coriander flavour. Use in Asian soups, curries and I like it chopped fresh in salads with an Asian dressing. You might also be interested in... |
