Crinum Lily's are very adaptable and have beautiful perfumed white flowers.
Type and Habit: Large, bulbous, evergreen perennial Average Height: To 1.5m sometimes more. Soil: Very adaptable to soil type from sandy to boggy conditions. Aspect: Full sun to part shade Foliage: The thick, slightly succulent leaves are bright green and sword shaped. May need to protect from snails/ slugs. Flowers: The head of starry, white, perfumed, flowers are held on a thick stem above the foliage in spring/ summer. Uses: Great feature plant with its strongly architectural form best seen in groups of two or more. Good for large pots Features: This large lily is very versatile and hardy from cool moist sites to coastal situations. The flowers are a lovely feature – pure white in big clusters and nicely perfumed.
